Network Spinal Analysis - How it help me heal Tailbone injury, muscle tension and Piriformis syndrome

Around 2003, I suffered a spinal injury from doing some gym exercises combined with overwork and stressful life. I would wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain around my tailbone. At first, I didn't know it was a spine injury until somehow I link the pain to the spine, gym exercise, seating all day in the office and the daily stress. So I decided to visit my Dad's recommended chiropractor. After getting an X-ray, the Chiropractor evaluates that my tailbone went down causing friction to my pelvis. I had to do some 15 sessions adjustment to help correct this. And after 15 sessions adjustment, I was relieved of the pain. After that, to continue my maintenance adjustment, I can have it once a week. I did my weekly maintenance around 5 times, then stopped going to it. I felt that I don't need to do the weekly maintenance as long as I don't have that excruciating pain again.

After 2 years and a lot of work stress, seating stress, sleepless nights sitting in front of the computer, I would sometimes feel the tailbone excruciating pain again. It would only happen seldom that it did not make me want to visit the chiropractor again. I would just do some stretching or go for a body massage. At that time, I just did not want to spend money on a Chiropractor for a 15 minutes adjustment sessions. In the year 2014, after 2 years of the same work, life stress, seating stress in front of the computer and playing videogames as my favorite hobby. After building too much tension in my body brought by stress, my legs develop piriformis syndrome. I would consider mine the worst kind for the things I experienced with piriformis syndrome. My sciatic pelvis would be very painful on some nights that I would not be able to sleep. Twice, my 2 back legs would turn numb, that I would lose any feelings on my legs that I would fall back down on my back, catching my fall only with my elbows. If I watch a movie in a movie theater for 2 to 3 hours of sitting, after the movie, I wouldn't be able to stand up from my seat and walk down the stairs because I could not feel my legs to do it. If I try to do it, I was scared that I would fall down the stairs. I have to wait around 15 minutes and do some stretching to wait and feel my legs again before being able to stand up from my seat. I was looking for other solution to my problem. In that same year, a Karada (a japanese massage place) opened in a mall. I would describe Karada as a combination of massage and chiropractor adjustment therapy session. I was also scheduled to migrate to Canada again that same year, so my main concern is the long 22 hours travel and seating that would trigger my sciatica and piriformis pain. I had a couple of Karada session before I was planned to fly to Toronto, Canada.

When I arrived in Toronto in 2014, I was doing fine but was wary how long until I need another therapy session for my spine. I know that sitting all day looking for a job may trigger my pain again. So far, looking for a job for 3 months didn't really trigger my pain because I can control how long I would sit in front of the computer. The question is if I get another office job seating all day will give me stress and trigger my pain again. That would hover in my mind but I have no choice because I need to find a job for settling in Toronto. After 3 months, I got a job in an office. It means sitting all day and using a computer. After a week in the job, my sciatica and piriformis pain was triggered again. So I had to look and try out a physical therapy clinic in Toronto. I went to one, I had a therapy, I felt fine again after the session but the next day after work, they pain came back again. I was desperate for a cure for my pain to be able to work longer in an office sitting job. Coincidentally, I met a chiropractor at a church meeting. Since I need some help with my spine problem, I decided to make an appointment at http://www.wellnessfamilycare.com/ .  I was surprised to be introduced to Network Spinal Analysis.  The first session was like an introduction and evaluation of my posture.  Based on my evaluation with the use of a program and an Ipad as a camera, my posture was not right.  My neck is protruding forward, my shoulder, pelvis and legs are not aligned and balance.  These are the reason causing my pain and problems.  Desperate for a cure for my spine sciatica and piriformis syndrome, I decided to try it out.

I went for my 1st session, I was surprised that with NSA, my body was releasing muscle tension during the tension.  After the session, going home and taking the public transit, while waiting for the subway train to arrive and standing at the platform, I was surprised that I can feel my pelvis move and shifts on its own, my protruding neck was pushing itself backward, my shoulder blades was being pushed backward to.  It feels like there was an invisible force doing this to my body.

So my complete treatment plan was to 3 times a week for a month.  And after 1 month of session with Network Spinal Analysis, I was cured of my sciatica and piriformis.  My posture was corrected too.

I would still go from time to time like twice a month for my maintenance or I feel that I muscle tension and posture problem.

Thanks to http://www.wellnessfamilycare.com/  and Network Spinal Analysis, I found a cure for my sciatica, piriformis and posture problem.  I would highly recommend this treatment for anybody suffering the same, muscle tension and stress.
